The future of work is AI-centric
A claims examiner's day is mostly reading and checking, and software can now do most of that. Teams built around this spend their time on the calls that need a person.
AI models are good enough. But the teams building them haven't worked a claim queue, aren't healthcare experts and don't have end-to-end visibility of your claims management process.
We built PulseSync to address:
A claims examiner's day is mostly reading and checking, and software can now do most of that. Teams built around this spend their time on the calls that need a person.
The people who know which claims are wrong are already working them. Ask them to wait for a data scientist and a six-month integration, and that knowledge never gets captured.
If a decision cannot show its evidence, it is a guess with a number attached. Every finding carries the exact line from the record that triggered it.
Leadership
Your outcomes are our operating model. Together, our leaders have built and scaled businesses that deliver real financial value to health plans and TPAs. Along the way, we've grown teams that thrive and helped develop the next generation of leaders. We challenge the status quo because transforming healthcare takes more than incremental change.

Co-chairs the NHCAA Medical Advisory Board.

We ran the operations this platform automates. We watched skilled people spend their days on flags that turned out to be nothing, and we watched promising AI stall because nobody could explain a single decision. We started PulseSync so the work gets done, and every decision shows its work.
Controls
PulseSync handles protected health information for health plans, TPAs and brokers. This is a summary of our security posture. Full architecture detail is available on request.
Controls mapped to the Trust Services Criteria.
Privacy Rule, Security Rule and HITECH. BAA available.
In force with our model provider.
Zero data retention (ZDR).
Independent third party, full stack.
These are built into the platform, and each one fails closed.
A sanitizer sits in the call path itself. Protected health information stops there, before any model sees it.
Every determination carries its evidence. Citations are quoted word for word from the record itself.
You decide what each type of decision may do on its own. A medical-necessity denial always goes to a physician, and no setting overrides that.
A SHA-256 hash chain covers every agent action. UPDATE and DELETE are revoked at the database, for us as well as for you.
We treat clinical documents as hostile input. Adversarial instructions get stripped before any text reaches the model.
Each client runs in its own isolated database, so one client’s data is never within reach of another’s.
Security questionnaires and architecture details can be requested under NDA.
